My experience outside if the front desk reception is specifically with Dr. Man. As one would expect, the staff is friendly, but above that, they remember little details about your file which makes for a better experience not having to tell your situation repeatedly. And Dr. Man is incredibly efficient at the acupuncture process. He moves at the pace comfortable for you, and is very thorough in his pre-treatment consults.
