We came home late one night from a trip to find our furnace not working. It was on one of the coldest nights in many years. Wagner got a technician to us by late afternoon the next day and he got the problem fixed and our system running. The technician was friendly and professional, the service was reasonably priced, and the response time was excellent. I continue to be very pleased by them.
