Top quality work and reasonable prices, and when I've had emergencies, like a broken water line, he's on the spot. And I guarantee you will be happy with their work, and you'll love Joe. “Probably the best experience that I've had with a contractor. Steven was very organized in detailing the quote options, incredibly responsive to questions before and after the project. The project involved an unexpected challenge with drilling through my walls, which I thought were adobe but were concrete block. They handled it without drama, protected the house from the dust, and cleaned it up afterwards. They took the time to show me the features of the units after installatioin. I'd probably have never realized some of the aspects of their function. I can't recomend them enough.“

“In the land of mañana finding a reliable and trustworthy contractor has been a daunting task. Yardman septic proved that to not be the case anymore. They have been responsive, and tactically proficient when it came to our septic system being full and requiring pumping (thanks to holiday house guest). When everyone else were not going to work between Christmas and NYE, Yardman's came to the rescue and got us back to life again. I will gladly pay and out of area fee to have that type of service and performance!“
“They are quite simply the best! Universal just replaced our house's boiler. The experience from stem to stern was professional, friendly, efficient ... and, here's the kicker ... just really exemplary work. Tony (the owner I think) got back to us super quickly and turned a reasonable quote around in a day. Brenda (the best communicator for any service business I have encountered living in Santa Fe for a dozen years) got us scheduled quickly (as we had no heat). Then, Juan and Tino showed up exactly when they said, helped us coordinate dogs needing to go out into the dog run from time-to-time; and, were two of the nicest guys you would ever want to meet. Ron came by to confirm all of the great work, helped us troubleshoot an electrical issue and sound venting issue. Despite the fact that it has been a crazy, nutty season here (cold) ... and that the holidays surrounded us/them, Universal Plumbing & Heating proved to be a bit of a holiday miracle.“

Our tech was Carlos and he should not be in a position where you interact with customers (he has mixed reviews on here so I think it depends on his mood). When talking to the office about the situation they were incredibly kind and helpful. They were able to fit me in right away. Since my fireplace still wasn’t fixed, they sent a different technician out. Isaac was THE BEST. Professional, nice, diagnosed the problem quickly, picked up the part and fixed it, same day. I’m a property manager so I constantly have to fix things. James Plumbing is my new go to.“

They also did another diagnostic and repair on another fireplace insert, making the remote control work for the first time in 9 years. They also checked a direct vent gas heater and pointed to the evidence that it needs to be replaced. We are very satisfied with the work they did and the reasonable price they charged.“

Daniels price for the unit was the cheapest and the interactions with everyone at Daniels was professional, kind, and friendly.
