They were very efficient, communicative, and friendly during the whole process. The entire job took ~3-4 days including drywall work. There was very little disruption to our lives during this time.

Angelo took the time to walk us through our options and offered smart suggestions that balanced cooling efficiency with our desire to keep the system as discreet as possible. The installation crew was professional, respectful of our home, and did excellent work. What really stood out was their attention to detail - they even came back afterward to paint the exterior pipes so they blended seamlessly with our stucco.

Edit down to 4 stars: I can’t say the follow-up after a few months is great so far. I haven’t heard back on simple/basic maintenance questions after reaching out a few times. A 1-year warranty isn’t very useful if you can’t get a hold of them.“
