We just used Rick's for another great service. They just performed a maintenence check up of our 20 year old AC units and provided great information to us as they worked. Very friendly. Recommended a couple of basic repairs on both units based on findings that they showed us. We came home after a short vacation to no air conditioning. Neighbors referred us to Rick's, and Jorge was out at 8:00 next morning. Replaced a fuse. A/C went out again that afternoon, Jorge was back out within 30 minutes. Further diagnosis discovered another problem and it was repaired along with a new thermostat. Jorge was awesome. Couldn't ask for better service. We are switching to Ricks as our longtime company couldn't get out for a week. Thank you!!!
