Dr Klopp is very gentle and patient with the animals. My cat usually cries a little. Not a peep. He's thorough and reasonable. My Mom and I were very happy with the staff as well. They are so nice and good with our cat. They are very pleasant. I would definitely recommend him !

Dropped off a few items of clothing with specific details of how I wanted them pressed. Fixing up a condo for a new tenant. 2 bathtubs were worn with some enamel worn down to the metal and rust developing. They arrived EARLIER than scheduled (i.e., they were on time), ground down the tub where needed to fix and prevent future rust, and did the 2 tubs in about 3 hours. They cleaned their work area perfectly and also grouted around the base one of the bathrooms at no extra charge (they always grout the tub, but here they made the entire bathroom look brand new). Just a great job.

Erica was absolutely incredible, such a sweetheart, and very thorough. I am getting married in a week and expressed my concerns and she was so attentive and conservative with my face, which was so comforting. I literally put my face in her hands and let her work her magic! My skin looks and feels so hydrated and refreshed. I swear, I feel like those videos of people with glass skin! It’s been years since I actually pampered myself like this and it reminded me I need to make going here a regular thing! The salon is beautiful, clean, inviting and so calming. The staff is amazing and you feel like you are with your girls. I highly recommend, if you can’t tell!

Took my toddler to Loyalty Barber Company, and I'm beyond impressed. The shop is so nice - with a welcoming vibe from the start. But the real game-changer was Vinnie. If you know the struggle of a toddler haircut, you'll understand how big of a deal it is when I say my son, usually totally averse to all things haircut, was laughing and comfortable the whole time - thanks to Vinnie's magic touch. It is also the best haircut my son has ever had! First time he was cool with the clippers AND sat by himself! For any parent dreading their next kid's haircut, I can't recommend Vinnie/Loyalty Barber Company enough. This place truly stands out for its exceptional service and results.

I had an emergency situation and had to leave for a funeral out of state. I reached out looking for someone who could help me on short notice with my hair. Tasha immediately reached out to me, set up an appointment that worked with my crazy schedule and tuned in to the needs of my hair when I was there, not only did she talk to me for a while to figure out how I normally color my hair. She had suggestions that improved what I already had she also put in beautiful lol night, because I was over bleached from the sun. She cut it and curled it so that when I left the next day, it was perfect. I could not recommend her more. As a matter fact, I sent my daughter to her and my daughter just adored her. Bergen Backyard LLC was one of many contractors I invited to provide estimates for replacing my 34 year-old, 34'x16' wolmanized wood deck with a new composite deck.Kevin responded quickly with an estimate and revised estimates as I explored design alternatives until a final design was reached. He provided color samples of Wolf Decking (which I had never heard of) and explained the pros/cons of the various decking products on the market. We selected the Wolf products and the two tone design looks absolutely beautiful using the Camo hidden deck fastener system since not a single screw is visible on the surface.From the day I first met Kevin until the end of the project, he and his team were punctual, courteous, and truly professional craftsmen that take great pride in their work and ensuring customer satisfaction with the final product.At the end of each day they spent time cleaning up and left the job site neat. Kevin kept us well informed of his progress and what was to be completed by when. He had estimated two weeks start-to-finish, and even with a few early January weather delays, the entire project was completed in 11 days. He handled the entire project obtaining required permits, just-in-time delivery of materials, scheduled and passed all the required inspections without any issues. He is a true craftsman that takes great pride in his work.Our deck was completed on time and within budget. We are extremely satisfied with the job he did and would definitely use them again! I am short (under 5 ft) so I need to get pretty much everything hemmed or shortened. Over the years I have brought dozens of pants, dresses, and shirts to Annie to get altered. She does a really wonderful job. The thing I like the most about the way she hems the pants is that she will taper to keep the original shape, even when taking several inches off the bottom, and she also tries to keep the original hem as much as possible. This is important with jeans and denim to keep the original look. She is also very sweet and makes you feel like an old family friend. I highly recommend this business, especially with COVID impacting local businesses so much. And speaking of COVID, they are very conscientious of taking necessary precautions.
