Ray came by as promised and on time even in the snow. He ran a camera through our sewer pipe to diagnose the problem Roto-rooter said would cost us $20k and showed us nothing was wrong. So in moments saved us 20K. He also told us we didn’t need to have our pipe cleaned out every year, which Roto-Rooter said we did. Also saving us $500 a year. Nice to have a service you can rely on and trust

It is 8:48 PM and I am laying in bed getting ready to sleep. And it hit me, for the first time in a very long 22 months, I am not in pain. I haven’t had to take any muscle relaxers or anti inflammatories in a couple of weeks. I never thought I would get here. My lower back and sciatica was so bad, I felt hopeless. It was a vicious circle of epidurals, slight relief, me trying to get back into life just to relapse back into pain. The nerve pain was so bad at times, nothing I did seemed to help. Then one very late night awake from being in pain, I found The Back Pain Center on instagram. I filled out an online form and within the week I was in their office. In the meantime, my back doctor has said the only alternative for me now was surgery, and he suggested PT to prepare me for the procedure. Everyone at The Back Pain Center was great. I first met with Dr Reilly. He did a very thorough consult with me and walked me through what the treatment would be like. He had me on a decompression table my first visit and I did leave feeling some relief. My second visit, I met with Chetali, one of the very talented PTs. We went over my situation and she asked me to have an open mind with PT and that I could get better. Over the next 6 weeks Dr Reilly, Chetali and Chris, all helped me with different exercises, therapies and it all came together a couple of weeks ago, When I was almost entirely pain free and putting my surgery on hold. This isn’t your typical PT office. You are actually a person and get one on one help and they do treatments that actually help. The time Chetali, Chris and Dr Reilly all spent we me got me feeling so much better! I would highly recommend The Back Pain Center to anyone who needs PT.

Absolute 10/10. Our family had a circuit breaker issue on a hot Sunday afternoon that left us without power and AC. Ryan came to our house within a few minutes of our call (despite having never worked with us before), identified the problem, and purchased/installed the replacement part we needed that afternoon. We had been concerned about a safety issue so having him come in person and take a look at everything that day was extremely appreciated. He was professional, easy to work with, friendly, and prompt. I had an excellent experience with JMD Electrical. I live in Orange County and initially was a little concerned about them making the commute but quickly realized this wasn’t an issue at all. The guys were professional, punctual and extremely neat. They installed custom lighting as well as handled some smaller electrical issues in my home with great care and attention to detail. I’ve worked with other electricians prior to JMD but their work exceeded anyone else I’ve ever hired. Jason (the owner) is responsive and takes pride in the quality of their work. I was really thrilled with the service from Doug. We have a toddler that is learning about toilet training (and the appropriate amount of toilet paper to use) and managed to clog an entire bathroom causing a leak, and Doug was great at diagnosing and fixing the problem, and coming up with a way to put in some preventative measures to avoid future issues. He was also incredibly mindful about locating pipes before opening any walls so that repair was as minimal as possible (we only ended up with one small hole). Doug and the whole team communicates easily, shows up on time, and gets the job done. His pricing was right in line with his estimate. I highly recommend them.

This company is great, the owner is friendly, professional, attentive and hard working! I’ve tried several landscapers and specialist (big company and private owned) that promised to fix my lawn. My lawn is very hot with no trees in the front of my home so the grass dies by the middle of summer (even with extra watering). This cozy and elegant studio is a gem! After 39 years of showing inspirational pictures to hair dressers and never quite getting what I wanted, I was beyond impressed with what Shelly was able to do! She completely transformed my hair into exactly what I asked for and it seemed so effortless for her. I felt listened to and she really knew her color. All the while, I had fresh coffee and snacks served to me, sat by the fire, and truly felt like I was hanging at a spa at a lodge. I am so happy I found Shelly and my new hair salon!

Had an emergency AC issue and the owner got someone out to my house same day. When the fix didn't fully take, he sent his guy back out again. When that still didn't resolve it — he showed up himself. At 9pm. Climbed into my attic and didn't leave until it was done right.
That's not normal. That's someone who actually cares about the work and the customer, not just closing the ticket.
If you want an HVAC company where the owner is genuinely invested in getting it right, this is it. I'll be calling them for everything going forward.
Dr. Santo is the best Veterinarian we’ve had for our pups. She is so smart, kind and loves our senior Havanese and little Shorkie. We are so thankful for her and the entire staff is just as wonderful.

My favorite nail technician recently opened seasons nails I have been using Rani for over 10 years and I’m so happy she is now gotten her own beautiful modern salon. She’s a true artist and I constantly get comments on my beautiful nails. It’s a warm and friendly atmosphere, and they always make you feel special, especially when Rani puts a pillow behind me in the chair every time I go.
I have been going to Hair Cottage (Jackie) for 32 years. Jackie envelopes you with her warmth and expertise from the moment you walk through the door. She knows and cares for her customers and inevitably comes up with the perfect hairstyle for whatever stage of life they are at. My daughter has been dancing at Studio L for the past 8 years, and from the moment we got there, she was taken in under the wings of the professionals there, and given so many opportunities to shine! She has progressed so much over the years, it’s incredible to watch. These dancers literally come out ready for any professional dance audition for any professional job that comes their way, they are equipped. The kids absolutely love dancing here. The studio truly has so many fun things that go on throughout the year that become traditions! My daughter would never want to dance anywhere else. Kelly, Danielle, Tyler, and all of the team work very hard with our kids to make sure that our studio shines every single year! What a great value, I did see they have a room for two if you do want something private but the main area is 12 chairs.
As an ABC child I grew up going to get great foot massages in Beijing. For quick, efficient service this is worth it.
Overall. Great value, 1 hour foot massage was the service I paid for. Tip them well and respect the quietness of the spot! Loved the red lights.
