The for 2 stars it's a nice looking roof. In Neosho, MO we have had a high winds storm every year. 3 months after the installation, leaking roof. They forgot the flashing around the chimney. They came fixed it 3 week later, but the inside damage was never fixed. The second year, tornado cause some shingles to become loose. No response from Erie. Now in the fourth year, the loose shingles are gone. I have chatted with Dylan online. Than called in to the Springfield location. This was Nov 01, 2024, I'm am still waiting for a call back. Life roof BS, some of the worst customer service after they get paid. Yall need to do better.
