Based on the reviews, this business is a great orthodontist with a very kind and patient doctor who makes patients feel at ease and is accommodating to their needs. The staff are also very nice and kind. The clinic is very small, and the wait can be a little long when it is busy. Patients are always grateful for the professional work.
Dr. Martin is absolutely the best orthodontist you could find. Myself and all my siblings saw him from middle school - high school and we all finished our treatments with awesome smiles that we couldn’t be happier with! He’s incredibly knowledgeable about his work and is able to troubleshoot and fix any issues that arise. He’s also very personable and fun, and makes all of his patients feel like family/friends. I went back for a quick fix yesterday of my permanent retainer, and he generously made time for me to come in right away and treated me with the same friendliness and kindness as if it hadn’t been 7-8 years since my last appointment! As someone who isn’t comfortable with doctors, I can assure you that Dr. Martin is truly a stand-up guy and a doctor that won’t disappoint.
