“We had an urgent situation with a big dead tree, parts of which were already falling and doing damage. So we called Cousins on a recommendation and were extremely pleased that they came same day to take a look and give us an estimate, which we found very reasonable. This was on a Friday. They had a job booked for Saturday, but advised that if they finished in time, they would then come to us. And they did! They arrived with a crane and another truck for the debris, worked safely and efficiently, cleaned up perfectly, and were friendly to boot. The owner, Wilmar, came personally afterwards to make sure everything went well. Happy to highly recommend this company.“

Very little room to bring the tree down safely, and no entry for a crane. Most of the other companies I asked to bid didn't want the job or priced it out of range. “Colin and his team did a great job for us! We have old growth trees on our property in northern NJ that needed to be trimmed to remove sailing and dead wood. Mostly Norway maples and a pin oak tree. Jerry the president of Sherwood has been there for all of the work performed on my sites and is ever so diligent in teaching me a little something in the field. Prior to me stumbling across Sherwood I was working with other tree services where sales reps were coming out and promising me the world only to have a fleet of un experienced kids that eventually aggravated my landscaper with excess work that should’ve been cleaned up by the tree service which in turn would offer me a clean up at an additional expense. That or a stump that wasn’t grounded correctly. I would highly recommend Sherwood for these reasons ( along with competitive pricing). Give them a call and prove me wrong I dare ya?“

“These guys are great. My Mom wanted a tree removed quickly. They answered their phone late one evening and the next day were at her home to give an estimate. He showed up early and delivered a fair price. A short while later he brought his crew over with these huge professional trucks to remove a 70-foot high 40-year-old tree as well as the stump. Both were ground down into chips which is exactly what my Mom wanted for future planting. Excess chips were placed at the edge of the property - per my Mom's request - for beautification. Additionally, they removed a few other trees quickly and efficiently. Through the whole process, they were mindful of the front and side lawn leaving no damage behind. Her driveway and street were cleaned of any debris, chips, and branches leaving everything in tip-top shape. She said she'd have no hesitation in using them again. Thanks, team Keylor!“

“We spent a year looking for a professional tree removal company. Too many of the companies had such poor communication that we had to chase them first for response to our inquiry and then again to get our estimate. I kind of gave up during last Winter and resumed again this Fall. In total, we received six quotes from six different companies and are SO THANKFUL we saw Adirondack recommended on our town's local neighbor Facebook page.One of the owners, Bill, responded immediately and came out himself the next day and handed me a written quote. He answered and followed up immediately via phone call and text to a question I had after he left. While many other companies gave me red flags, every flag Adirondack held up was green. He was also the ONLY company to explain that he needed a permit to take down my two dead trees and I provided him the info he needed to send his request off to the town. They also happened to be tied for the lowest quote. The other company with same quote offered no tax for paying cash, but I gladly paid Adirondack the tax because of their excellent communication.They arranged a convenient time for us and our neighbors' schedules, arrived on time, and both owners, brothers Bill and Scott were there. I see how you can keep prices reasonable when you do the work yourself. Their small crew were very nice to talk to and they all worked well together to get the job done.They respected all my requests and now we can sleep well at night knowing these trees will not fall.Thank you Adirondack!“

“Used Beucler probably about 10 years ago when we lived in a different town. I needed a tree removed at my new property so I included them along with 2 other bidders. Beucler came in with a fair price and did an excellent job. Clearly well trained workers as they were paying close attention to their own safety as well as the surrounding property.
