I called and explained it was an emergency, as I (re)aggravated my lumbar hernia and they squeezed me in at the Lyndhurst office, where I requested.
Met with Dr.Bob (who I had been referred to by a best friend) and he took great care in alleviating the inflammation and misalignment, while almost eradicating the pain.
