“Kodiak just finished up installing our new stone driveway earlier today and I have to say that they did a great job! Bob, the owner, was thorough when he first came over to do measurements and assess the job back in November. He answered all of my questions and made some suggestions about things that I hadn't even considered. Unfortunately, we had to wait a few months since the winter weather didn't want to cooperate. But once the temps warmed up a little, the Kodiak guys were here to get started. Danny and his crew showed up on time every single day, bright and early, and went right to work. I'm not the lurking/hovering type. (Well, other than watching the tractors, machines and some of the procedures they use during construction...I guess I'm still a kid at heart!) But anytime I stepped outside or glanced out the front door, these guys were always working. The only time they stopped was for their lunch break. Every night after they were through (and many times mid-job) they swept and shoveled away loose soil, stones and pebbles that may have gotten loose around the work area. They answered every question I had about the job. And all of them were ALWAYS polite and cheerful. A really nice group of guys that I'm sure Bob is proud to have working for him. Definitely give Kodiak a call if you need a landscaping job done. Top notch!“

After 90+ truckloads of dirt with mazes of trenches for plumbing, electric, gas, and once the retaining walls, patio, landscaping was finished, it was nothing short of spectacular. Darlene in the office was very helpful with communication. Lorenzo was always at the property handling any issues. My wife and I were very happy .“

“I recommend it to the CEO of Hyundai Engineering & Construction. Our house's front and back yards were not maintained, so we couldn't use them. However, thanks to the owner's care and construction, we were able to create a really nice front and back yard as if it were his own home. The scope of the construction was wide and overwhelming, and when we didn't know what to do, the owner made sensible recommendations on how to announce it, and a harmonious and beautiful house was completed. The house has become so complete and harmonious that everyone who comes to the house is surprised that it is a completely different house. They worked very diligently during construction, and even after completion of construction, they responsibly checked on the condition of the house from time to time. If you are thinking about landscaping work, I highly recommend Hyundai Engineering & Construction.“
