Jelena Salon is a very reliable service providing high quality haircuts. Jelena is an experienced Hairdreams stylist who is extremely good at what she does, giving phenomenal haircuts and color. The staff is warm, amazing, super friendly, and accommodating, with excellent customer service at the front desk. The ambiance is calming. Appointments are confirmed and clients are not kept waiting. The stylists are knowledgeable, gentle, and make hair look amazing, transforming dry, curly hair into healthy, manageable, and beautiful styles. Overall, it is a really nice salon where clients feel special, comfortable, and leave looking beautiful.
I’ve been going to Jelena for about 2 years now. Ever since I switched I have noticed such a difference in the health and texture of my hair. She is incredible with color. I’m a brunette that has always pulled red tones when going light but never with Jelena. She really is the best!
Jelena is the BEST for cuts and all coloring. I went from a very dark brown to a softer brown with blonde highlights.
Annie gives the best manicures and pedicures. She is great at waxing and is a PRO with makeup.
The salon is as good as any in NYC.
The entire staff is warm and welcoming. It is a very pleasant atmosphere in every manner.
Jelena D salon is tops on my list of places that make you feel special and beautiful. Always hated my hair. Curly, dry and no style! Jelena herself changed all that - now I have healthy, curly manageable hair Above all I have the most beautiful red hair I could ever imagine.
Staff is warm and amazing. Most of all appts are confirmed and they do NOT keep you waiting!
