Gary Saved me $8,000. I had Roto Rooter come out (3 times because of their incompetence) and they were not only dishonest about clearing my line and got payment, they told me I needed to replace the line at $6500-8500 depending how I went about it. Due to their reputation, I decided to get a second opinion and am I happy I called this guy. Gary came out and was in visible pain from a large job the day before. Being half his age or so I decided to help as best I could with the work and helping the setup, and learned some things along the way. More importantly, Gary told me many past experiences of clients with bad experiences with Roto Rooter - and then cleared my line with less than half of the fancy equipment they had. Gary is an amazing individual. My husband called Gary when my son flushed a toy down the toilet. While he was willing to come out in less than 24 hours, he guided us through some steps free of charge to try to dislodge the item. He went the extra mile by giving us his cell phone and walked me through everything. He saved us over $200(cost us nothing) and it goes to show the type of person he is since he didn't end up making a penny off the issue. I would gladly recommend him to anyone and while I hope I don't have any plumbing related issues anytime soon, he will undoubtedly be our first and only call if we need someone!
