Mike was excellent as a Home Energy Auditor. He came on time, he was courteous and professional at all times. He went about his audit in a quiet and efficient manner. At the end he spent time answering my questions and also agreed if possible to be on a call with the Ciel Power Consultant who’d call to share the results. This shows me stands behind his work something which I truly appreciate.

Mike was everything you'd want from a tech visiting your home. He arrived on time, clearly explained what to expect, and then did exactly what he outlined completely unobtrusively.After completing the audit he explained the next steps and patiently answered all of my questions.We are hoping that this promises good things for the rest of our work with Ciel but judging from Mike alone, I would highly recommend Ciel.
