Irecently had an energy audit completed by Ciel Power, and Tom did an excellent job. He spent nearly two hours thoroughly testing our home's airflow, checking thermal boundaries, and verifying drafty areas.

As a scientist, I appreciated Tom’s professional, matter-of-fact tone. He focused on his diagnostics during the visit but directly verified that every technical topic and area of concern I brought up was evaluated and would be detailed in his final report. He also shared a great building-science insight on how adding 16 inches of blown-in cellulose to the attic would fix a passive smoke-odor draft on our upper floor, while naturally resisting pests.

Overall it was a good experience. There were some hiccups in the beginning with scheduling but once that was resolved the project moved along quickly and efficiently in the team was very thorough and meticulous. Natalie and Krystal were great to work with. Jesse, who did my closeout appointment was amazing and very thorough and overall just a great guy who explained everything to me and even told me a few things I didn't know about the house.

Jesse was very professional, polite, knowledgeable, and friendly. You can tell he is passionate about what he does as he explains things very thoroughly and in layman’s terms. He carefully went over what my house needs. He’s patient and very easy to talk to which made the audit a seamless experience. I would highly recommend Jesse!
