“Janusz and his team installed AC in our house that had none. They have a busy schedule but they did us a favor by quickly installing AC in the common areas as the outside temperature was high. We then agreed to wait a few weeks to install the rest. The wait was worth it as they did quality work for a fair price. The work consisted in installing a cooling coil on our furnace and 3 heat pumps feeding 10 air handlers. We’re very happy of the result.”
“Being Property Managers is tough sometimes finding the right fit when it comes to vendors. And with ECC we have found that peace of mind feeling. Their attentiveness to our needs given emergencies etc is outstanding. At this time we would like commend one of their employees, Jessica Hamzyck, whom we work with closely coordinating, scheduling appointments with tenants, etc. trouble shooting HVAC problems. Jessica has been a lighthouse to us in times of trouble. She has a steady hand and knowledge in this area that puts our minds at ease knowing we are in good hands with ECC. We thank you!”
“Michael and Jaoquin serviced my hvac unit today and did an excellent job. They were very careful with my belongings, thorough in their inspection and took the time to listen when I described a noise I've been hearing. They identified a possible cause and are checking with the engineer so I can get a clear answer. I appreciate their professionalism and attention to detail.”
