Not only that but two weeks later I get a call and they want to come in and quality check their work! Every step of the way, Emad was very communicative And informative and he does everything he can to figure out all possible solutions. It’s evident he really cares for his clients, their property and to his work. His heart is really in it to help his customers. It turns out My leak issue was more of a plumber problem but he was in my home for many hours until he did everything he could in locating the area of leak. The leak was in a very difficult area. He taught me how to turn off the leak for now because I had buckets catching water and it still wasn’t enough because there was so much water. “I have a 1912 Home with a lot of old piping. The water intake pipe coming up from the basement floor was leaking badly. Had the Water Company turn off at the street. Called four Plumbers. Three would not work on it after pictures/description was given over the phone.The 4th came out and also would not attempt a repair. All said piping is too old, cant be saved, new line has to be run from the street. The next Plumber I called was Fabian, Angler Plumbing. He said he would come out the next day and take a look. After arriving and examining, he also stated it was an old pipe and may disintegrate when worked on, but he would try to remove the inner rusted pipe to use the connector for the new line.He worked on it till the old pipe was removed. Threaded in all new brass connectors and copper pipe, with shutoff valves. All PerfectHe accomplished very rapidly what four other Plumbers would not even attempt, saving me thousands of $s, and being very pleasant while doing it!Cannot praise Fabian enough!Services: Plumbing pipe repair“

“Called them on a holiday weekend because it was 25’ outside and woke up to no heat. Out of 3 companies I called, they were the only ones who responded and could come same day. Basically needed a new furnace & boiler, and they kindly pointed out some major issues with how the people who flipped the house I bought cut corners and left us with major fire hazards. It was a little jarring but the guys handled it like pros and explained it down to the level that I could understand.The guys who actually did the work were pleasant, professional, communicated effectively, and cleaned up after themselves (sounds like common sense, but if you’ve ever had work done in your house, you know what I mean). They were really just respectful of our home and our space and treated it as if it were their own.One of the owners also worked directly with me on pricing and options, given the various incentives through the gas company- he was well versed in the incentives that the gas company would provide and also completed all the paperwork so I didn’t even have to deal with them at all. No sitting on hold or filling out it documents- they did all of that for me. Also provided me guidance that the equipment would qualify for federal tax credits for next year. I also called their office multiple times and was immediately put through to someone who could actually answer all of my questions. So it really was a holistic service that they provided, definitely far above and beyond what I’ve ever received from any contractor or specialized service provider.Hope to never need HVAC help again, but if I do, I know who to call.“

“We had to replace our very old central AC and had a fantastic experience with One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning. They offered multiple options and explained the benefits. We went with the middle cost option and a week later a large crew showed up for 2 days. They put down protection everywhere and day 1 they removed the old, huge, AC units and equipment from the attic along with the 2 outside units. Day 2 they installed the new attic unit, thermostats and the outside unit. What a polite, respectful, hard working group. One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning offered a fantastic finance plan that was easy to sign up for. We have had no problems with the installation and it has worked flawlessly for approaching a year.During the heating season, we had an issue with our gas furnace so I called them again. They came out and repaired the problem, but we ended up having a much bigger problem with the old clay lying in the chimney deteriorating and blocking the exhaust. They replaced the chimney liner for a very reasonable cost, doing the work themselves, again with an extremely polite and clean team.In a time where it can be tough to even have a contractor get back to you, let alone show up and do great work, One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is a breath of fresh air (pun intended).“

Recently my hot water heater blew while I was away for the weekend, and Jacob was able to show up less than 30 mins after I called to turn off the water on a Sunday. And then he was also able to deliver and install a new water heater the next day. This was for my multifamily house, so I really really appreciated getting hot water back on the next day! Jacob was great to work with and explained everything to me very clearly, thank you for all your hard work!!“
