“Valdo’s installed our north wildwood condo AC about 7 years ago. I have recommended them to many other owners in our complex, and all the owners have always been happy. Today I had a problem with my condensation vent being clogged. I was concerned over flooding my neighbor below. Called Valdo’s, they realized it was an emergency and squeezed me in even though they were booked. They arrived when they said they would, as courteous and professional as always. “My Dad's heater acted up on a Saturday (of course) and when I called Aces I left a detailed message. I received a call back within a few minutes... which was great. Since the heater was working we wanted to avoid a weekend/emergency charge which the gentleman understood so we set up an appointment for Monday morning. The technician arrived early and was very professional, courteous and explained everything in laymen's terms. We couldn't be happier with the service and will definitely use Aces again“

“Germaine arrived when he said he would, began to work immediately and resolved what the problem was with my LG refrigerator very quickly. He explained what the cost would be to repair the freon leak but couldn't guarantee that was the only problem. We agreed that the refrigerator needed to be replaced. His entire appointment lasted less than 25 minutes. Thank you!!!“
