The technician was wonderful! Professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Lots of helpful hints and showed me details about the oven. The price for the part and labor is outrageously high. It seems to be a pattern with Sears repair services. Both times I elected not to get the item fixed as the price was way too high. Also a simple part such as a door gasket was not on the truck. Had to be ordered and the technician would have to return to install.
The repair man was nice and kind but I feel it's terrible that it cost $150 when you can't get your dryer repaired without it costing possibly 500. And then it is smarter to purchase a new one and i am already out
$ 150 during tjis crazy crazy time
Assessment of refrigerator. Not cooling properly and making growling and churning noises.
Appointment had to be rescheduled because tech didn't make appointment first day.
Tech was professional, explained problem clearly.
