I got CoolOMatic’s reference from PSEG. From first contact, Tom has been very responsive. He is always available to answer any questions; he took time to analyze our HVAC requirements after measurements and analysis; went through quotes from other HVAC companies and offered me a great price. Tom kept me up to date from order to delivery and install that was clean. Will surely recommend CoolOMatic for anyone who wants great experience and expert install.

By far the best heating and air conditioning company in the area. I have been using them for many years. They recently Installed my new AC/Heating system. I recently used Cool-O-Matic to replace a 30 year old furnace and AC in my home. I had contacted several contractors and found that the Cool-O-Matic Sales Engineer (Tom) came in with the most reasonable quote for a Carrier 13 SEER AC and furnace. Keep in mind it's 2022 and there's supply chain and staffing issues so I wasn't expecting an installation to be done for another 2 or 3 months. But, Tom told me to contact him after 2 weeks for a status...which I did. He then informed me that they received some 16 SEER Carrier AC units and could upgrade me for the original quote. This was good news for me as now my home receives an upgraded AC unit at the original quote and installed...read full review
