40yo boiler replacement.
I'm a returning customer, first time working with Phil. Awesome first contact. While it isn't the biggest project, it has its challenges. We reviewed the current situation, and broad brushed some options. He is working up a proposal now. I'll follow up as the job progresses.
Excellent experience from calling them, through their site visit
Phil Brand visited us to provide estimate to replace a Heat Pump System. Arrived exactly on time, put on booties without having to ask and provided a quote right on the spot. The quote was reasonable and job awarded. Phil was professional, polite and cooperative.

Our 19 year old A/C system died two weeks ago and Cool O Matic had a new system installed and up and running two days later. The entire Cool O Matic team did a great job but I wanted to give a special thanks to Phil the sales representative, and Tim, a senior technician with the company.
Phil initially sat down with my wife and I and thoroughly explained every option available to us for a new A/C system. He was very knowledgeable and low key in explaining what was involved with our purchase. After completing the sale Phil left us his personal phone number for additional questions. We'll, I had several follow-up questions and Phil answered my calls every time.
