Michael gave a fair and competitive price. Laura the office manager was very knowledgeable and always responded to questions in a timely manner. They were also able to start and complete the AC and furnace replacement earlier than promised. Chris, the technician,went above and beyond to reduce excessive noise in our system. AC gave out on 93 degree summer day. Called EWZ, phone was answered by a polite person who helped me narrow down the problem. Later that day tech came out, diagnosed and repaired AC unit that is located outdoors and up on the 2nd floor. Polite, professional, and fixed right the first time. My central air was not cooling properly; motor was running but not cooling. Called Zane at 3:02pm today (Friday), the technician was here in about 30 minutes, had the problem diagnosed and fixed by 4:20pm. Rich, the technician, was very knowledgeable and told us exactly what was wrong, what he did, and what to look for in the future. I am stunned by such quick service.
