My Dad's heater acted up on a Saturday (of course) and when I called Aces I left a detailed message. I received a call back within a few minutes... which was great. Since the heater was working we wanted to avoid a weekend/emergency charge which the gentleman understood so we set up an appointment for Monday morning. The technician arrived early and was very professional, courteous and explained everything in laymen's terms. We couldn't be happier with the service and will definitely use Aces again
Aidan was prompt, professional and thorough. He carefully explained the tests and inspections he was carrying out, and gave us confidence our gas furnace was in very good operating order.
