We found Air Care on a cold November weekend when our heater stopped working. Jeff answered our call on a Saturday and came out. Our gas furnace was old and needed replacement. He gave his recommendations, was prompt in sending us estimates, we had our new system shortly thereafter. We have used Air Care exclusively for our system maintenance ever since. Jeff and his son are skilled and knowledgeable, reliable, professional and honest. They answer their calls and honor their appointments. 9pm on a Saturday on the coldest day of the year, the igniter on the furnace quits. I called Jeff at Air Care and less than an hour later he has the furnace running again. I have used Air Care for HVAC installation, maintenance, and now an emergency repair. It’s rare (especially in Cape Maybe) to find such a dedicated, professional, and dependable contractor.
