Joe Pro Plumbing - Heating - Air is a great company with over 25 years of service. CJ is always quick to respond and schedule. They solved a problem with black particles and bad smell in hot water that no one else could figure out. Jack replaced a burst pipe and a cracked shower head, going out of his way to find the right part. A new crew installed a tankless water heater; they are timely, neat and clean, provide good communication, and are priced reasonably. A young technician arrived early and installed two new bathroom faucets expertly. Kobe was on time and knowledgeable, diagnosing and fixing a heat pump issue in minutes. Technicians were timely, skilled, and insured all devices were working. Highly satisfied long term customers recommend Joe Pro.

I’ve used them many times. Most recently Jack came out just before the 4th of July holiday to replace a burst pipe under the house that went to the outdoor shower head. Then he saw the shower head itself was cracked. He went out of his way to find me the one I wanted and came back to install it all within a couple of hours.
Today a new crew came back and Chuck is installing a tankless water heater. They are timely, neat and clean, provide good communication, and are priced reasonably.
