He recommended a thermostat that tracked the out side temperature at our home as opposed to what the Internet says the temp should be. Made all the difference in the world. Recently, he found an issue with our 20-year-old, oil-burner furnace. Because he went the extra mile, he discovered we had a 99-year warranty on the heat exchanger (A Trane Company part). Saved us $2,500. I can tell you that anyone who rates Scott lower than five stars is not showing him the respect he deserves. Rock Star Hall of Fame!“
