“We had the entire the heat pump system installed by ComfortWorks and the entire crew under Lou are very professional. They put in effort to lay down the cloth and made sure to clean up after everyday. The attention to the details and the final finish of the installation is EXCEPTIONAL. Extra kudos go to Mason and Jared for being so nice and so courteous. The system works well as cooling and we are anticipating a warm and cozy winter from the system.
10/15/2025 : Now that the weather is cooler, it's time to let everyone know that we are EXTREMELY happy with the heat the system provides. We have a separate unit installed in the bedroom and we are very impressed with the level of noise ( or to be exact the lack of noise) when it runs. “I had an AC condenser unit which didn't come on when I started the system. I called one of the big HVAC outfits and when the tech came, he told me that the compressor was shot, and since the system was over 10 years old, we should get a new one which would have cost about 17K. A friend recommended Temp-Stat who had installed her new system for much less. So, I called Temp-Stat for a second opinion, and I'm glad I did. Turns out I didn't need a new system or compressor. The tech pointed out a breaker switch and said to just clean the coils once a year. I am so grateful to Temp-Stat and appreciate their knowledge, honesty and reasonableness. I HIGHLY recommend them.“
