Such a professional company and staff. Carson installed a new AC split system for me in just 2 days, very professional and easy to deal with. I was unable to be present, but he constantly updated me on the progress and sent me photos. I recommend this company and ask for Carson to do your install. Also, must mention the office staff (Lisa W) is very efficient as well, amazing to actually have a company that answers the phone and gets back to you in a reasonable amount of time!
Again I have to highly recommend the team at Air Technical and I especially want to say how great Jimmy is - very responsive, went above and beyond helping in a situation where we had pipes burst in an emergency situation. I can't say enough good things about Jimmy - always available to answer questions, kept me informed every step of the way with the repairs and made some great recommendations. I also will say how great Lisa is to work with - she got everything in motion immediately! Can't say enough good things about this company and their professionalism! We are very grateful for them!
