I found SuperCool on Google and they were so great. My old window unit was leaking and they gave me tips to stop the leaking until the appointment. Upon arrival they were very fast, knowledgable, and thorough. My old unit was messily installed - the new unit SuperCool installed was installed with insulation and done very neatly. They provided a safety bracket. They were able to answer questions easily - I will definitely use SuperCool going forward!
