The staff and funeral director that assisted me with the plans for my mother's memorial service were beyond outstanding. I know it sounds cliche, but I really felt like I was the only person having a service there with how quickly I was always responded to. I felt like every question I asked had an immediate answer and I never felt like there were any issues with anything. I was planning the service from out of state which added to the stress of planning while grieving. Not one time did I feel any concern or stress or worry when dealing with Riverside Memorial. From the moment we contacted Joel late on a Sunday night he was in contact with us about the many steps in the difficult process of coordinating my mother in law's funeral. I appreciated the frequent communication and his accessibility--as well as his compassion. This was an extraordinarily difficult period made a little less stressful thanks to his professionalism and support.
1st Class Staff. Jenny was Fabulous. She prepared the body and my mother looked absolutely gorgeous. Our family was thoroughly pleased. Even the driver of the hearst was classy. Thank you!
