“Unbeknownst to us- the house we bought was on an old sewer line that had a deep sag down 7-8 feet. After 2 years of living there it caught up to us and started overflowing our showers, toilets , sinks, and into our basement, causing terrible water damage. This all took place while my husband was out of town and I was home with two little kids, trying to balance and manage all of the chaos. I called All Flow And they came right away. They blew through the line to ensure the overflow stopped and then brought a demo team to quickly remove all the areas the sewage water head touched to ensure they stopped the mold. They were there till around 11 PM at night, but I was so grateful to have their help. I’ll juggling the kids for bedtime. They then handled everything from Essentially re-reconnecting our sewer line to fixing our basement to scale and relying sewer pump in our driveway and fixing the driveway In the garage and then providing the cleanup of the dust afterwards. It was a super big project, but appreciate the quality in which they completed things and I was paired with a project manager that I could text anytime to ask questions to. All in all, I don’t wish this experience on anyone, but if you do have to have the experience do it with All Flow”
