I woke up at 5:15 am to water shooting out of the water pipe with the strength of a fire hose in my basement, and about 2" of water on the floor. No way to shut it off. I called Ron at All Flow (at 5:30 am), described the situation and asked if he could help. He could, and was immediately on his way over. The All Flow team was at my house, fixing the problem (it was the utility pipe), and cleaning up the basement. By the end of the SAME day, the damaged flooring and baseboards were out, fans and dehumidifiers were in place and the water was back on. The team has been incredible in a situation I could never have imagined happening. It's great to have them in my corner!
Tom and Ryan showed up within half hour of my desperate call to them. I had an actual emergency with a backed up sewer line and they came and cleared it all out quickly and efficiently. They are life savers. Thank you, guys!!!
