Their plumbing technicians average 14 years of experience, and employees answer calls, not an answering service. Reviewers found them fantastic, very responsive, extremely professional, and very fair with prices. They showed up promptly, fixed problems completely, and were professional and experienced. One technician provided repair options, patiently answered questions, cleaned out the existing tank, and installed a new pump. The new pump operates much quieter. Another service call was answered immediately and scheduled for same day. A technician snaked the line and spoke about preventing further problems. Another professional and thorough technician found a clog, snaked it out, and put everything back within an hour. Reviewers highly recommend Roto-Rooter and will definitely use them again.

Roto Rooter was fantastic. They were very responsive, extremely professional and very fair with their prices. Chris and shaun went out of his way to ensure that not only his workmanship was professional, but also cleaned up thoroughly after himself never even knew he was in the house. I highly recommend Roto Rooter.
Contacted Roto Rootor to evaluate my basement ejector pump which is likely more than 15 years old. The lid was rusted and disintegrating. James came as scheduled and provided repair options and costs. He patiently answered all my questions and then picked up a new pump, cleaned out the existing tank, replaced the pump and intalled a new lid. The entire pump set up looks great and the new pump operates much quieter than the old pump. James is experienced, efficient and took care of cleaning up all the debris from the work area WIll definitely keep their contact info for future plumbing needs. Thank you!
