He worked with a heavy-duty snake without success. Then he gave us a variety of options, and explained them all in depth. We chose to go with hydro jetting, a less intrusive, more efficient process, which made the most sense for our particular needs. Alex, with his perseverance and determination, managed to solve the problem in less that an hour. A camera inspection was performed to confirm that there were no further areas of concern. Kenny was a Supervisor who followed up on us, providing further education about the blockage, the process they used, and reassuring that the work had been completed properly. The two men that came (Alex and Kenny) did an outstanding job. Team Rooter has exceeded our expectations, and they guarantee their work.
