“Unbeknownst to us- the house we bought was on an old sewer line that had a deep sag down 7-8 feet. After 2 years of living there it caught up to us and started overflowing our showers, toilets , sinks, and into our basement, causing terrible water damage. This all took place while my husband was out of town and I was home with two little kids, trying to balance and manage all of the chaos. I called All Flow And they came right away. They blew through the line to ensure the overflow stopped and then brought a demo team to quickly remove all the areas the sewage water head touched to ensure they stopped the mold. They were there till around 11 PM at night, but I was so grateful to have their help. I’ll juggling the kids for bedtime. They then handled everything from Essentially re-reconnecting our sewer line to fixing our basement to scale and relying sewer pump in our driveway and fixing the driveway In the garage and then providing the cleanup of the dust afterwards. It was a super big project, but appreciate the quality in which they completed things and I was paired with a project manager that I could text anytime to ask questions to. All in all, I don’t wish this experience on anyone, but if you do have to have the experience do it with All Flow”

“Last year in December I had clogged drain in the bathtub which it came from the kitchen and bathroom sinks. I searched the best plumber in the website and one of them showed Bob's plumbing and heating. After I reviewed all his worked also in BBB, I called him and he picked up the phone and he told me he will come in several hours. He worked meticulously and as everybody said in the reviewed, also he cleaned everything on what he had done. After he finished to take care the drain clogged, he asked me to fill up the kitchen sink and he found out it had a leaking at the pipe under the sink. He replaced the pipe to solve the issue. At that time I love his work, so I didn’t hesitate to ask him to take care of my heater also. He looked at my heater and he said he will come another day after he took care another customer. He checked my heater and replaced the zone valve and he explained to us how it works. The following day he called me to check if the heater worked OK.<br><br>This year I don't hesitate to call Bob to install two non electric bidets. As always he works thoroughly to install them. I told him that he will be my plumber every time I have a problem. Highly recommended!”
