“The process was straightforward. Dr. was respectful, transparent, and willing to discuss any of our concerns. It's taken me some time to write this, but I am thankful for the experience in-home. Getting our boy's remains was a quick turn-around and hassle-free. In home euthanasia is not cheap, but Zen Dog is moderately priced. I recommend if this is an option.“

“Just had our first visit and I am blown away!!! My 70-lb bully mix, Ferdinand, absolutely hates vet visits and this is the only office that made him feel comfortable enough to even be touched. Dr. East & Jessica were incredibly kind and understanding, even when Ferdie started to act out which I felt so bad about. He didn't need a muzzle during the exam which was shocking because we've tried 4 other vets in the city this year alone, and none of them were able to lay a single finger on him. Dr. East & Jessica sat on the floor with Ferdie and were super reassuring with him the entire time. Even when he started to snap at them, they were so calm and patient as opposed to all the other vets we've tried who got offended and refused to try comforting him. You can tell they truly love animals and had my dog's best interests in mind. The ladies at the front desk were also so lovely. Would highly recommend to anyone on the search for a new vet, especially if you have an anxious baby like mine. I am so grateful I found this office - finally one that I trust and plan to go back to. “Dr Lowenstein went above and beyond to help me with my fur baby. It’s hard enough as a human to move, and I knew it would be stressful on my fur babe. Dr Lowenstein was able to give her a full examination to ensure she was ready to fly. My cat tends to be tender and sweet, but nervous - he eased her, and prepped her for flight which went wonderfully! Now she’s united with me, and we are thrilled!“

“I brought my beloved dog Vanna to be put to sleep on June 7th to Meadowlands Veterinary Hospital . Vanna was 17 years old and was completely blind. Her blindness didn't stop her from being physically active and she was always on the move. Unfortunately there were other issues which made it impossible for Vanna to continue being active. Vanna was seen by Dr Meza. She was so patient with me and gave me all the time I needed to hold Vanna and cry and just say goodbye to my little beautiful baby. I didn't feel pressured at all. Dr Meza explained the entire procedure to me and told me when I was ready to let Vanna go to let her know. I was holding Vanna when she passed. I wept so much but I truly felt it was the best thing I could do for my sweet girl. I would definitely recommend Dr Meza or Dr Marteney. The medical staff who assist the vets and the front desk Sasha Maria Selena are all great. Thank you Dr Meza for your compassion and patience I truly appreciat“

“We love DR G. He's caring and knowledgeable. I've been seeing him since the 80s at the time we had cats. The last 14 years he's taken care of my dogs. It's not an office with several vets, it's him alone. He's like your small town Dr. you don't find them much anymore. Not for people or our pets. I'll continue to see him until he retires.“

“I brought my dog there the other day for the first time… Very very happy! let me start here…(I rescue pitbulls for the last 20 years so I’m very serious about their care and their mental well-being)
I had found parking in the front of the clinic and my dog hates getting out of my truck.. (his fear)
so I had the door open, and I was just talking to him, waiting for him to be comfortable to come out. One of the girls that work there saw me and decided on her own to come out and be super helpful and greet my dog and try and help me get him out and make him feel comfortable! it may sound like not a big deal, but it was because she didn’t have to come out and go out of her way to help me without me asking.
so we get him out of the car, we go inside he was so happy… All the girls inside were so welcoming so sweet and so obsessed with my Boy Dante! I did not wait long at all, actually I only waited Maybe about 5 minutes 10 minutes.MAX. which normally at all my old vets, I’ve always waited at least 30 mins. (this definitely helps us as pet owners and also our pets that hate waiting in a waiting room getting anxious)
then I go into the room to see Dr. Anastasiou .. (the best!!!) The most kindest, gentle and educated Veterinarian! listened to all my concerns, paid attention to my dogs behavior, mannerisms, and took good care of him! he did not rush me out, and he made everything super easy!! I highly recommend Middletown animal clinic! 10/10 !!!“

From scheduling her surgery, to the way the tech talked us through the procedure, to the way they called us to keep us updated all day. Dr Mia came in and answered all of our questions.
