I had urgent visit to this vet today and was very impressed with service provided . Exceptional accommodations and out of all first time I met doctor who acted like doctor and not sales person. I have an exiting vet but considering moving to this vet for all my lovely dog needs. I strongly recommend this place based on my urgent visit today, it is very personal and heart breaking to see your dog sick but they understood and took care of the issue. Great job ! Thank you
Staff and Vet were so kind and knowledgeable. We came to do a cytology on a mass on my dog’s chest. They were quick to follow up with results. They were very sweet and gentle with my dog. Vet and all staff are amazing with handling pets.
Dr. James DiGiuseppi and staff at Animal General were absolutely amazing. My regular vet wasn’t available until next week, but I was extremely concerned about my dog. Animal General got us in right away and the entire visit took 30 minutes. The price was what I expected it to be which was reasonable. Dr. DiGiuseppi was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and professional. He took the time to examine my dog carefully, ran bloodwork, and prescribed steroids to help her start feeling better immediately.
