Drs Bauer and Olinzock are knowledgeable, compassionate, and empathetic. They are reasonable, thorough, and nonjudgmental when discussing treatment options. The front desk staff are friendly and accommodating, making every visit a positive experience. The team clearly takes the time to read pet records and explains procedures thoroughly. Overall, many pet owners are very happy with the care they receive, and the clinic is highly recommended for its professionalism and genuine concern for pets.
Needed an appointment to have my dogs eye looked at as it was very irritated- they were able to see her that day & prescribed medication to heal the area around her eye. Dr Olinzock was very thorough & checked her to make sure there was no injury to the eye. They also sent me a text the next day to check on her.
When your pet's health changes, your whole world changes. It's terrifying, and there are a million questions that don't just come up during appointments, they come up at all hours when you're trying to figure out what's normal and what's an emergency.
Over the past year, I've had to reach out more times than I ever expected, and every single time I've been met with patience, compassion, and thoughtful guidance. Dr. O and his team never make you feel like you're overreacting or asking too many questions. They take the time to explain things, help you make informed decisions, and genuinely care about both their patients and the people who love them.

Dr. O and his staff are so insanely accommodating and sweet. My 3 cats come here and every time- whether it’s a routine checkup or a sporadic emergency- they are dedicated to the best care and are honest about pricing. I had a very scary experience this past winter with my cat needing emergency surgery and they made him feel as comfortable as possible and were sympathetic with me about affordability. I will recommend this vet to anyone <3
