If I can give this doctor 1000 stars I would because he deserves it and more! It seems like yesterday that we lost our Dozer Raymond, our hearts are still broken and as I’m writing this I’m crying because I miss my Dozie so much. I haven’t had the nerve to even give Dr. Max Rosenbaum a review, because of the fact that it hurts so much. I wanna let Dr. Rosenbaum know how grateful and appreciative we will always be to him. I wanna let you know that he is the best Veterinarian doctor we ever had. We always have a fantastic experience at Valley Brook regardless of the reason we are there. They have always gotten us in quickly for emergencies and have compassionately helped us through some of the worst times. There is no one else we’d rather trust with our fur babies.
I brought my two cats in to see Dr. Harvie and had such a wonderful experience. She was incredibly kind, gentle, and professional with them, and I could tell she truly cared. The office staff was just as fantastic—friendly, attentive, and made the whole visit smooth from start to finish. The customer service here is amazing, and it really feels like they go the extra mile for both pets and owners. I couldn’t ask for better care, and I’m so grateful to have found this clinic!
