Icon Plumbing

I'm not going to say that their products are always without issue, but their customer service is top notch. Since we all end up with things that eventually break, this is the most important aspect to me.

I purchased all our plumbing products for the new construction of a home from icon and over the past few years every time there was an issue, they were a pleasure to deal with.
Very often they would send a replacement part for free. If they couldn't help me themselves they would have the company call me directly. But whatever the issue was it was always dealt with a timely manner.

Icon has the most amazing customer service I have ever experienced! When we sat down with the extremely knowledgeable saleslady, the secretary offered us coffee and brownie bars. An hour later she comes in with salads and pastries from a local café. The saleslady was patient and very experienced. She was easy to work with and always tried to find me the best quality items for a good deal. Thank you Icon!

I don't usually write reviews but this is an exception We used them for our entire home. We are so happy with our selections. The sales people are really knowledgeable and easy to work with. Pricing was very competitive I would recommend and would use them again if needed.
