I'm thoroughly happy with this company. Both of my sinks backed up needing 20 ft of plumbing cut away and replaced. I couldn't use my kitchen sinks and with a disability this was a real problem. Zoom was recommended to me from another plumber and I called at around 11:30 a.m. They answered right away. Listened to my problem and they were here by 1:00 p.m.! They gave me two choices and explained the difference & the cost of each and fixed it the same day! I had Tom come to my house and he was very nice. He checked everything for me and rechecked and made sure everything in the house was working fine before he left. I'm really happy with Tom & Zoom and what they did. I highly recommend them!
The only thing I can say about Zoom is that they’re excellent. Their service is excellent and their service is very fast. I would recommend them very highly.
