“I wish 10 stars was an option... our air conditioning wasn't working at our shore house. With my mom being elderly we definitely need air-conditioning because she suffers from the heat. I thought of Longs right away, because they were our installer 11 years ago and We've never had an issue at all with the unit til now. So I called them and explained the issue and they put me on their schedule to come out and look at it that same week.. They came, diagnosed the issue and told me that they could have it fixed within two days because they had to get the parts .. Ryan the technician who came out was amazing, highly knowledgeable and very personable! Ellen from the office helped with the paperwork she also was very knowledgeable and gave exceptional customer service .. I was afraid of the price but let me tell you the price was right. Also everything worked out. I'm so glad we went with Long's from the start.. if anyone reads my review, know that I am highly highly recommending them 100%!!“

“I've been meaning to write this review for some time, I wish I had gotten in done in a more timely manner.We had a 20 year boiler die on us. We've had various contractors come in over the years to service the unit, some good, some bad. It was time for this to go.John came out to give us an estimate. He also pointed out issues with the water heater that I was unaware of, and suggested a complete unit for heat, as well as "on demand" hot water for the house.John worked though a plumbing nightmare in my half basement, as the cold weather really set in this past December. I am a "Weekend Warrior", so I couldn't have been more impressed with the quality of his work. The little things, adding supports for the old existing drains and pipes. Fixing an un-capped vent, neatly sealing up all the holes where he had to make penetrations through the concrete. Cleaned up and walked me through everything that was done. The new unit looks great, takes up no space compared to the old boiler and water heater.2 Months later: I've got a warm house without having to battle the old boiler every other weekend, and everyone in the house is loving the endless hot water for the showers. It looks like my utility bills have dropped as well, and I sleep better at night knowing the job was done right.I cannot recommend this company enough, and I thank John for all of his hard work and attention to detail. None of it went unnoticed. Please don't hesitate to reach out to this company for your plumbing needs, they are awesome.“
