Ahmed came to check out a faulty mini split. We couldn't find the leak but was responsive and pointed me in the right direction. If the warranty won't cover the fix, I'll be calling back asap. Highly recommended.

Had a pipe burst at 5am during a cold snap, water went from the upper level all the way to the basement. EZ Flow was able to get somebody out to us super quick and there was great communication the whole time.
Once he arrived he found the burst pipe quickly and was able to remove and replace the broken pipe with minimal damage to the ceiling and walls.
Communication was clear during the whole process about what he was doing and why, so we never felt like we didn't know what was going on.
Would 10000% use their services again and recommend
