“Here I really appreciate Mr. Plumber.My main drain was clogged and I brock one of two caps which is on the trap near the wall in basement. I have no knowledge how to take the broken cap off the trap; then I called Mr. Plumber, and I got very quick response. The gentleman over the phone encouraged me to buy tools from Homedepot and fix it by myself. And I did clean the clogs and reinstalled the new cap. Everything together only costed me about $30. Recently our less then 5 year old water heater failed and emptied its contents just days before we planned to entertain at the house for the holidays. I feared no one would come out in time. I got a hold of T & S in the morning and he was over in about an hour. And then he fixed the problem in less than an hour just in time for my customers to be able to use the bathroom. Serman Plumbing gave a fair price and finished the job in less than 3 hours. Their warranty is for 6 years labor. No one gives more than one year warranty for labor. They are local and been around in the business for a very long time. What I love the most about them is their customer service and a company who is not charing 4% for using a credit card. Its is no brainer to hire them. They made entire process very smooth.“

“I have been renting the same house for about 3-4 years (normally a college rental) and Clinton Plumbing and Heating has been my landlords go to for many years. Since I've been here they have come out at least 4 times if not more and have been fantastic each time. More recently, Jason and David have come to fix the plumbing with my washer. They were incredibly knowledgeable, could easily explain to me and my landlord what the problem was, and really made sure the problem was fixed. Jason specifically has been to my house multiple times and has been so great that we keep calling. Every job/problem he has come out to has been handled professionally and, to me, feels like he goes above and beyond to make sure what needs to be done is handled.
