Recently our less then 5 year old water heater failed and emptied its contents just days before we planned to entertain at the house for the holidays. I feared no one would come out in time. I left a message with them and within the hour they responded and soon after were at our door fixing the problem with a new water heater and informed us the old one was still under warranty.
