We've hired dozens of contractors over the years, but Sanahan and Luff was the best we ever dealt with. John knew what to do when our inaccessible sewer line (under an addition) had to be rerouted in the basement to exit at a different point.
He handled the permits and sent out his able crew and equipment as scheduled.
It took a considerable amount of time and determination for Sean and his men to get through our 2+ foot fieldstone foundation but they acted like they liked the challenge and were always cheerful and pleasant.

I recommend this company to the highest level. This crew came out to my house to replace a sewer terracotta pipe and did an amazing job. Totally professional and it was obvious that they took pride on the work they do. After they finish they made sure to completely clean and put soil and grass seed on my lawn. I cant say enough. Wonderful and hard working crew. PLEASE CONSIDER THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR NEXT SEWER JOB.
If I could give this company 100 stars, I would in a heartbeat. What an excellent experience for me working with Shanahan and Luff!! They were so quick to respond and address our issue, which was a break in our sewer line. They communicated every step to us and showed us pictures during the entire process so I knew exactly what was happening. They are professional, friendly, trustworthy, and knowledgeable. I truly won’t go anywhere else.
