“Great service. Called at 10 pm and they were closed. They called back at 7 am and were at my house by 815. Well pump was fried. Had it replaced by 11 am. Everything went quickly and efficiently. “We've hired dozens of contractors over the years, but Sanahan and Luff was the best we ever dealt with. John knew what to do when our inaccessible sewer line (under an addition) had to be rerouted in the basement to exit at a different point.
He handled the permits and sent out his able crew and equipment as scheduled.
It took a considerable amount of time and determination for Sean and his men to get through our 2+ foot fieldstone foundation but they acted like they liked the challenge and were always cheerful and pleasant.
As others have stated, they did a fabulous job, didn't leave us without sewage drainage for long, and did a meticulous clean up. We were left with a perfectly level lawn that was seeded and straw covered.
