“Second time using G&G to help with a mini split that they did not install. I reached out over the weekend and Dylan was at my door by 8 am Monday. He explained things to me I never knew about the unit and how to use it. Extremely helpful and attentive, we weren’t able to recreate the issue I had experienced over the weekend but Dylan explained that if it happens again to call them and they will be out as soon as possible. Great team members and easy to work with! Really appreciate the time spent explaining and working on the unit itself!“

“Last night our heater stopped blowing hot air on the coldest December Friday. We called around Saturday morning and most places said Monday. We called here and Bill was out here diagnosing and servicing our heater by 1pm. He had the part at his warehouse and was back by 130 and had it fixed by 2pm. We have heat now!
