“I had an AC condenser unit which didn't come on when I started the system. I called one of the big HVAC outfits and when the tech came, he told me that the compressor was shot, and since the system was over 10 years old, we should get a new one which would have cost about 17K. A friend recommended Temp-Stat who had installed her new system for much less. So, I called Temp-Stat for a second opinion, and I'm glad I did. Turns out I didn't need a new system or compressor. The tech pointed out a breaker switch and said to just clean the coils once a year. I am so grateful to Temp-Stat and appreciate their knowledge, honesty and reasonableness. I HIGHLY recommend them.“

“Couldn't ask for a better experience. These guys showed up on time, were respectful, and cleaned up behind themselves. We were able to be squeezed in very quickly and were given the option to pay a flat rate, or pay by the hour + materials. We were actually referred to them by a former employee. “Initial Survey was extremely thorough! New installation of a Mitsubishi mini split AC/Heat pump system. Installation techs were extremely knowledgeable. Same techs that installed the unit also installed the electrical whereas other companies stated I had to sub the electric out. Ran new electrical line. Unit also has a heat pump which will be needed since they disconnected my upstairs heat. One long day job but after 44 years and almost 70 years old I finally have AC and no longer have to lug window units anymore! Great company, great install and great equipment, thank you!“
