“They broke the emblem on the outside of the unit and I know it was not much BUT I like to keep everything looking good on my unit no matter how old it is. Asked to have it replaced and the story was they could not get that part anymore along with a bad attitude. So I called the company and they sent out two for FREE and gave me no problem about it. I'm sorry sometimes its the little things that keep your customers FOR OVER 20 YEARS so I no longer deal with them.Service: A/C system maintenance“

“I called affordable heating and air conditioning service talk the owner Sam great guy. Sam took time out of his day to speak to me. Talk for over a hour trying to help me with my problems. You can learn a lot from him now I have a better i understanding of what I need to do and pointed me in the right direction. Sam is what you call a one man band there is nothing he doesn’t know but if he doesn’t be a sure he will figure it out . Who out in that business would follow up to see how you made out. Thank you Sam for being there like a friend.“
