Our air conditioner went out at the worst possible time during day 2 of a “heatwave “ when Charlie heard that we were older seniors with health issues he extended his workweek and came to the rescue - He is truly our Guardian Angel and we cannot thank him enough for giving us back our ac / we would truly recommend Charlie and his company for all of our HVAC needs . Air conditioning went on the 4th of July, I called the morning of the fifth and my problem was fixed before noon. Great response time and follow up by the office. Called them last summer when my AC stopped working. They Spent several hours trying to fix it and didn’t charge me anything! My unit was very old and needed to be replaced. Had it replaced last week. Excellent customer service and fair price. Would highly recommend!Service: Install AC
