I can’t say enough good things about working with this plumbing team. We had to replace the main sewer line, and the job took a few days, but the whole process was handled smoothly from start to finish. William and Clayton arrived at our home in Caldwell in less than an hour for a drain clog issue. Wright Brothers Plumbing did a great job keeping the area clean, putting down mats near the sink and using towels to catch any water during the plumbing work. At first, they ran the drain snake through the line once, but the blockage was still there. Instead of stopping, they ran the snake a second time to fully clear the pipe. They made sure the drain was flowing right before they left and took the time to make sure we were completely happy with the service.
We had a tough plumbing issue when an old iron drain line under the slab in our rec room wore out and started leaking back into the space after many years. We got estimates from three plumbers, and two of them said the rec room floor and even part of the stairway would need to be torn up. Wright Brothers Plumbing took a much better approach. Oliver came out, looked over the drain and sewer layout carefully, and came up with a smart plan to bypass the failing pipe and install a new PVC line to the nearest stack.
